The past quarter could hardly have been more challenging, with rising raw material costs, unstable economic climate, and ever changing customer needs, particularly towards environmental friendly coatings. However, despite the challenges, we should not overlook the substantial progress we have made in our core businesses and regions, and our brand has never been stronger. Our pipeline of new products and innovation has shown much success this year and our long term commitment to delivering an elevated consumer experience has been well received in the market.
So first of all, let me thank you for your commitment and spirit and for all the continual support by our customers. We proved once again how fundamentally strong this organization is as we continue to attract new distributors and customers onto our platform. Today’s market volatility will undoubtedly have an effect on consumer confidence and perhaps even our customers’ attitudes and behavior. We recognize this and understand that success is not an entitlement, but something we need to earn, every day.
